About Ethan

Ethan Harvey joined Avison Young in 2023, specializing in office tenant representation in the Chicagoland market. Harvey’s experience thus far has been quite diverse, representing office tenants in the non-profit, technology, and life science sectors. Harvey has advised small startup companies on coworking opportunities as well as large fortune 500 firms negotiate leases in premier buildings in Chicago’s Central Business District. Harvey’s focus is on helping office tenants navigate the complexities of the Chicago office market regarding landlord financial turmoil and modern-day workplace strategy. 

In addition to his core office expertise, he also supports retail leasing assignments, offering a well-rounded perspective on urban commercial real estate.

Since entering the industry two years ago, Harvey has transacted over 100,000 SF of lease transactions, producing over $200,000 in revenue. He has built a reputation for being responsive, resourceful, and committed to delivering value beyond the transaction.
