About Evan

Evan Young is a driven and detail-oriented associate focused on industrial real estate in the Indianapolis market. A recent graduate of Indiana University’s O’Neill School, Evan brings a strong foundation in public financial management and a real passion for real estate. He’s already hit the ground running—earning his Indiana broker’s license, gaining hands-on experience with leasing and sales having previously worked at RE/MAX and Van Rooy Properties.

Evan’s semester abroad at Bocconi University in Milan broadened his global outlook, while his hands-on experience back in Indianapolis taught him the importance of initiative, building strong relationships, and staying one step ahead in a fast-moving industry. Whether he’s helping clients find the right space or diving into market data, Evan brings energy, curiosity, and a can-do mindset to every project.
