About George

George is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor focused primarily on office tenant representation. With over eight years in the industry, he provides strategic, market-driven guidance that helps occupiers make informed real estate decisions aligned with their business and financial objectives.

While George’s practice is centered on advocating for office users, he has also successfully assisted landlords with leasing strategy, positioning, and transaction execution. This dual-sided experience provides valuable insight into owner decision-making, market dynamics, and negotiation leverage—allowing George to deliver enhanced value to both landlord and tenant clients.

George advises companies through all phases of the office leasing and purchasing process, including market analysis, site selection, financial modeling, lease and purchase negotiations, and transaction execution. He has represented organizations ranging from entrepreneurial firms to established regional and national companies in leases, renewals, expansions, relocations, acquisitions, and sale-leasebacks.

Known for a disciplined, analytical approach and a strong focus on client advocacy, George consistently helps clients achieve favorable economics, operational flexibility, and long-term risk mitigation. His experience working with both occupiers and owners brings a well-rounded perspective to every assignment.

George holds a Juris Doctorate from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and a B.S. in Sport Administration from Louisiana State University. He is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a licensed broker in Georgia and Louisiana. Outside of work, George enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and arboriculture. He is actively involved in his local church as well as Trees Atlanta, a nonprofit community group that protects and improves Atlanta’s urban forest.
