About Madelyn

Madelyn Blum is Avison Young’s U.S. Healthcare Analyst for the Market Intelligence Team. Leveraging her deeply analytical and data-driven mindset, she is an integral part of Avison Young’s healthcare practice; providing insightful research, reports, and thought capital to position the firm as a leader in healthcare real estate. Madelyn is well-versed in Avison Young’s advanced technological suite, allowing her to frequently assist brokers with pitches to tactfully attract and procure healthcare business. She is a direct lifeline to healthcare clients, meeting with them often to understand their ongoing needs and produce desired deliverables.

Madelyn first joined Avison Young in 2021 as a Client Operations Intern under principal and now U.S. President Harry Klaff, and later returned in June of 2025, assuming her current position. She grew up in Maryland and attended McDonogh High School. She later graduated from the University of Michigan. Previously, Madelyn worked as a Communications Coordinator at the United States Polo Association, and as a Financial Professional at Worthington Financial Partners. Madelyn recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she sings and performs locally when she’s not in the office.
