Greg has closed approximately $800MM in sale and lease volume across 275 transactions totaling 110MM square feet.

Greg was part of the team that opened Kidder Mathews San Diego back in 2015. From 2015 – 2024, the Industrial Team amassed approximately $4.5 Billion dollars in deal volume and solidified its role as a premier firm in Southern California. Greg has won the San Diego Business Journal’s Industrial Deal of the Year three times: 150K Sq. ft. Lease, 135K Sq. ft. Sale, 110K Sq. ft. Lease.
