About Harris

Born and raised in Greenville, Harris brings a deep-rooted passion for the Upstate and a sharp, analytical approach to commercial real estate. A graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate and a concentration in Business Analytics—equipping him with both market insight and data-driven decision-making skills.  What sets Harris apart is a hands-on, proactive mindset. Known for being dependable, team-oriented, and always ready to contribute, Harris thrives in fast-paced environments where responsiveness and follow-through matter.

His professional experience includes working with one of the top 5 real estate firms in the Upstate, where he supported brokerage teams through market research, client engagement, and strategic site analysis. Additional fieldwork in commercial maintenance and customer service roles has further sharpened his understanding of operational logistics and relationship-building. With a strong local network, a love for the Upstate’s growth, and a commitment to continuous learning, Harrisis proud to help clients navigate the evolving commercial real estate landscape in Greenville and beyond.

Outside of work, Harris is passionate about travel, cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks, and spending quality time with family and friends.
