About Howard

Howard Huang is an Associate with Avison Young’s Data Center Solutions brokerage team, where he advises clients on the acquisition, disposition, and development of digital infrastructure assets across the U.S. His work spans site selection, development advisory, and investment sales, with a focus on evaluating power, fiber, zoning, and other technical factors critical to data center transactions.

Prior to joining the brokerage team, Howard served as U.S. Data Center Market Intelligence Lead, covering all major domestic markets. In that role, he partnered closely with Avison Young’s national data center brokers to support live transactions and client pursuits, providing market intelligence, site feasibility analysis, and underwriting support for both greenfield and brownfield development opportunities. This background enables Howard to bring a data-driven, analytical perspective to complex brokerage assignments.

Howard also supported brokerage teams across the Office, Industrial, and Life Sciences sectors in Silicon Valley, the East Bay, and Sacramento, contributing market analysis and insights that informed leasing and investment decisions.
