About Ian

As an Associate in Avison Young's Charlotte office, Ian specializes in industrial brokerage. His primary responsibilities include market research, property evaluation, and strategic consulting, assisting clients with site searches, market analysis, and real estate decisions on a local and regional level.

Ian is a Charlotte native, and his knowledge of the Charlotte market and surrounding markets enables him to provide clients with the highest level of assistance in all aspects of the transaction.

Prior to Avison Young, Ian gained industrial brokerage experience as an intern with a top 5 brokerage firm in Charlotte, working alongside seasoned professionals on industrial transactions. He also served as an intern with Broll Property Group in Cape Town, South Africa, where he built a strong foundation in market dynamics, property documentation, and real estate law.

Ian attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. In addition to his studies, Ian spent nearly three years supporting the University of Georgia Football Recruiting Program, where he developed skills in high-level data management, personnel evaluation, and strategic analysis that he now brings to his clients.

Ian holds his North Carolina Real Estate License.
