At Avison Young, Isaac is a key member of the U.S. Net Lease Group, specializing in Retail Strip Center and Single Tenant Net Lease (STNL) investment services on a national scale. His client-first approach and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate space.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Isaac served as a specialist in STNL properties across the Atlanta MSA with Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. His earlier tenure at Watkins Real Estate Associates focused on single-family and investment sales.

In addition to his brokerage experience, Isaac was the owner/operator of a commercial cleaning franchise, Jan-Pro, where he oversaw daily operations and led training initiatives.
