About J.

Leslie Johnson was licensed as a Real Estate Professional in 1983.  He joined King Industrial Realty in 1990 and became Vice President of King Industrial in 2001.  Les joined The Simpson Company of Georgia, Inc. in 2004, specializing in Industrial properties and land.  He has sold or leased in excess of $100,000,000 in real estate transactions. 

Prior to his career in Real Estate Les founded and was managing partner of Sport Courts Inc. and J. L. Johnson Enterprises, which developed and built retail and office facilities.  He held this position from 1978 until he joined King Industrial in 2001.

Les was awarded the Phoenix Award from the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in 2002.  He received his CCIM Designation in 1998 and served as the President of the Georgia Chapter of CCIM in 2007. He was also appointed to serve on the Atlanta Commercial Realtors Board of Directors in 2007. 

Les received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Georgia in 1975. Les Johnson is a resident of Gainesville, GA, where he currently resides with his wife, Gloria.
