About Jack

I’m a commercial real estate broker with Avison Young, where I help clients buy, sell, and develop properties that strengthen Knoxville’s economic and community fabric. My work spans retail, mixed-use, and redevelopment projects — with a focus on creating places that add long-term value for both investors and neighborhoods.

I believe great commercial real estate doesn’t just fill space — it builds community. That belief shapes everything from how I evaluate a site to how I negotiate a deal. I’m especially drawn to projects that align market potential with civic impact, whether it’s a downtown infill, a neighborhood corridor, or a regional development with room to grow.

Beyond brokerage, I serve as President of the Belle Morris Neighbors Association and as Board President of YES! Knoxville, where I advocate for smart growth, public transit, and walkable urban design. I’m also involved with the East Tennessee Community Design Center and the East Tennessee Historical Society, working to bridge Knoxville’s past with its future.

At heart, I’m passionate about connecting people to opportunity — through thoughtful development, strong local partnerships, and a shared vision for what Knoxville can become.
