About Jacob

Jacob Biddle is a Principal in Avison Young’s Memphis office. Jacob Biddle has over 16 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. Since co-founding the Avison Young office in 2016, Biddle has been involved in over $500 million in transactions throughout the Southeast, serving a range of clients including public and private REITs, pension funds, private equity firms, and high net worth individuals.

Prior to forming Avison Young’s office in Memphis, Biddle was a Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was part of the Capital Markets Group. While there, he focused on investment sales, special asset services, and debt and equity finance while advising clients on maximizing the value of their real estate holdings by applying advanced financial strategies. Previous experience also includes roles at DRA Advisors, LLC, a New-York based institutional real estate investment firm. During his time at DRA, he acquired institutional experience in acquisitions and dispositions, lease structure, financial modeling, and portfolio management. An active member of the community, Biddle is currently a trustee of The Children’s Museum of Memphis and serves on the executive committee of the Captain’s Club for WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational. Biddle is a licensed Principal Broker in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
