About Jake

Jake is part of a five- person team that advises CFOs, CEOs, and CREs on industrial real estate transactions in New Jersey and throughout the U.S. This includes distribution, manufacturing (traditional and hi-tech), pharmaceutical production, assembly, R&D, labs, and office spaces to support them. Jake and his team only advise occupiers of real estate (never landlords), and this allows for a fiduciary bond that guarantees the best outcome for his clients.

In recent years, Jake’s team has completed more than 340+ real estate transactions, including lease renewals, lease relocations, purchases, sales, and build-to-suits. These transactions have accounted for more than 9.9 million square feet and more than $1 billion in value for more than 130 clients in more than 65 markets. 

Jake focuses on business development and transaction management support. He recently graduated from the Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in real estate where he also interned at Metro Commercial Real Estate.
