About Jake

Jake joined Avison Young as an Administrative Coordinator for Chicago in the Summer of 2024. He is responsible for managing marketing and client services activities on behalf of the office tenant representation and private equity advisory teams. 

Since joining AY, Jake was promoted to Operations Coordinator and is responsible for handling the daily operations of the Downtown Chicago office. Key functions include IT assistance, facilities management, human resource functions, and administration. Jake is also responsible for developing and distributing marketing materials for listing assignments, RFP preparation, tenant site tour coordination, market research, deal processing, online database maintenance and lease analysis assignments.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jake worked at a valuation and transaction advisory firm as a Valuation Analyst specializing in property tax appeal for healthcare properties. He holds a BA in English from the University of Missouri-Columbia. MIZ!
