About James

Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, James is a Principal/Shareholder with Avison Young and represents a wide range of office and industrial clients consisting of investors and property owners in the California and Las Vegas market, both at regional and national levels. James co-leads the Avison Young Investment Properties team responsible for the sale, recapitalization and 1031 Exchange advisory services on behalf of high net worth and institutional clients. The team focuses on all aspects of investment sales, user sales, and development from business parks, office buildings, and industrial parks.

James has diverse experience which covers a wide range of properties and deal sizes, ranging from $5 million to $200 million.
