James began his commercial real estate career 2010 with a developer and private equity firm as a property manager and leasing agent where he quickly discovered his passion working with tenants and soon became the primary point of contact for all new commercial real estate activity within the company for a five state portfolio, including over 70 grocery anchored shopping centers. While there, James learned underwriting processes where he assisted the company’s founder and CEO with commercial real estate investing and development. During this time James honed his skills in commercial real estate investment and representation and in 2018 decided to leave and put his skills to work in brokerage.

James works with a myriad of clients that range from international real estate investment trusts to local and regional investors, and national retailers to local mom and pop retail tenants and restaurants. James and his teammates work diligently to give every client the care they deserve to insure they are making the best commercial real estate decisions for their investments or businesses. He guides his clients through every stage of the commercial real estate cycle by keeping informed through market knowledge, data, and news to ensure all clients remain competitive and profitable long term. James continually finds ways to be innovative to remain a market leader in commercial real estate.
