About Jared

As the Financial Analyst for Avison Young’s Boston office, Jared works closely with the Capital Markets and Sales & Leasing teams to support and elevate the leasing process. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jared served as a Financial Analyst for the Acquisitions team at STAG Industrial, a real estate investment trust focused on the acquisition and operation of industrial properties throughout the United States. 

Before his role at STAG in 2021, he held positions at RMR, a third-party asset management company. There, he worked as an Asset Management Analyst for their five publicly traded REITs and as a Debt Underwriter for Tremont Realty Capital, a real estate finance company under RMR that focuses on originating and investing in first mortgage loans.
