Previously, Jason served as the Southeast Industrial Manager for Market Intelligence at Avison Young, where he focused on industrial growth and client advisory across the Southeast Region. He also held the role of Florida Regional Lead for Market Intelligence, overseeing office and industrial business development and market research across the state’s six major markets. He joined Avison Young in 2022 as a Senior Analyst, leading market research initiatives across Northern Florida.

Prior to Avison Young, Jason spent over five years as a Research Manager at CoStar Group in Richmond, Virginia. During his tenure, he developed a strong foundation in real estate data analytics, market trend evaluation, and translating complex data into actionable insights that support strategic real estate decisions.
