About Jason

Jason Steele serves as the Southeast Industrial Manager for Market Intelligence at Avison Young. He leverages technology and real estate expertise within the industrial sector to drive business development across the Southeast Region. As a strategic partner to brokers and clients, he provides data-driven insights that support real estate decisions, including site selection, location strategy, supply chain optimization, labor analysis and more.
 
Previously, Jason was the Florida Regional Lead for Market Intelligence at Avison Young, managing office and industrial business development and market research across the six major markets in the state. He joined Avison Young in 2022 as a Senior Analyst, leading market research for the Northern Florida markets.

Prior to Avison Young, Jason spent over five years as a Research Manager at CoStar’s Richmond, Virginia, headquarters. His experience at CoStar provided him with a deep understanding of real estate data capture, market trend analysis, and the development of insights that help clients identify strategic real estate solutions.
