About Jay

Jay Driscoll joined Avison Young in 2020 as a Principal with a focus on advising tenants on office space locally and nationally. He also specializes in advising landlords and tenants on their real estate strategies. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jay worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he served as an Executive Director. He was a founding member of the firm’s National Tenant Advisory Group and a member of its Broker Advisory Committee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts.

With four decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Jay brings a wide range of expertise to his practice. His clients have included Harvard University, Bingham McCutchen, Ernst & Young, Goldman Sachs, KPMG, Thompson/Reuters, UBS, The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, and Suffolk Construction.
