About Jennifer

Jennifer began her property management career with Equity Office at University Tower in Durham, NC (“The Big Pickle”) and has since gained extensive experience in retail with Regency Centers and office portfolios with Parkway Properties and Colliers. She has worked in every aspect of property management, including leasing, financial operations, budgeting, and building oversight.

Jennifer currently manages properties throughout the Chapel Hill area, focusing on exceptional service for both owners and tenants. Her responsibilities include tenant retention, financial reporting, budget development, contract administration, risk management, and maintenance oversight.
Known for her proactive communication and attention to detail, Jennifer is committed to ensuring each property operates efficiently and maintains long-term value.
