About Jesse

Jesse Clemons is an Associate with Avison Young’s Nashville office, where he is a member of the Retail Services Team. He specializes in commercial sales, leasing, and investment opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee and is dedicated to helping owners, investors, landlords, and tenants make informed real estate decisions through market knowledge, strategic analysis, and exceptional client service.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jesse spent more than 11 years managing commercial and multifamily real estate portfolios, overseeing operations, leasing, capital improvements, and value-add redevelopment projects. His extensive property management background provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of asset performance, operational efficiencies, and long-term investment value.

Jesse’s transition into brokerage was driven by his passion for building relationships and creating opportunities for clients. His experience from both the ownership and operational side of commercial real estate enables him to provide practical solutions and a well-rounded perspective throughout every stage of a transaction.

Jesse earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Mississippi and is a licensed Associate Broker in both Tennessee and Mississippi. He is known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to delivering results while building lasting relationships within Nashville’s growing commercial real estate community.
