His work includes site selection and deal execution for data centers, EV and battery supply chain users, utility-scale energy projects, and a broad range of industrial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing assignments. Jesse approaches each opportunity through an infrastructure-first lens, with a strong understanding of project constraints, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination across complex developments.
 
Before joining Avison Young, Jesse advised clients across the Chicago industrial market and supported national corporations and megasite developers on strategic growth initiatives.
 
He works with clients on powered sites, mission-critical facilities, and advanced manufacturing plans, simplifying complex projects for execution.
