Avison Young bolsters mission critical, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing platform with key hires

Ronan Remandaban and Jesse Miranda join firm’s Chicago office, bringing over 30 years of experience
Chicago, IL – Global real estate advisor Avison Young has expanded its mission critical, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing platform across Chicago and the broader Midwest with the addition of Ronan Remandaban as Principal on Avison Young’s Industrial Services team and Jesse Miranda as Vice President. Both will sit in the firm’s Chicago office.
“We are pleased to welcome Ronan and Jesse to Avison Young at a pivotal time for our mission critical, infrastructure and advanced manufacturing platform,” said Damla Gerhart, Principal and Regional Managing Director for Avison Young’s Central Region. “Their experience and technical understanding in this sector will meaningfully strengthen our capabilities to advise clients on site selection and real estate strategy where power, utilities and infrastructure drive outcomes.”
Throughout his more than 25-year career, Remandaban has advised on over 20 million square feet (msf) of transactions totaling over $1.5 billion in value. His expertise spans industrial real estate, development strategy, corporate acquisitions and dispositions, site selection and commercial real estate investment. Remandaban has previously held transaction-focused roles at Lee & Associates, Truss and most recently served as Executive Managing Director, Industrial Market Leader at Bradford Allen.
“Avison Young is making a clear investment in mission critical and infrastructure-driven real estate and I’m excited about the opportunity to help build and scale a differentiated offering in powered land and advanced manufacturing,” said Remandaban. “The firm’s global reach, paired with strong local execution in key Midwest markets, creates a real opportunity to deliver meaningful value to clients in the powered land, data center and advanced manufacturing sectors.”
Prior to joining Avison Young, Miranda held brokerage roles at Coldwell Banker, Hansen Realty and most recently at Bradford Allen, where he advised clients across the Chicago industrial market and supported national corporations and megasite developers on strategic expansion initiatives. Miranda’s experience is rooted in supporting occupiers, developers and capital partners in making confident, data-driven location and real estate decisions, particularly in environments where power availability, fiber connectivity, incentives and speed to market are decisive factors.
