Jessica Burke is a financial operations professional with over a decade of experience in accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, bringing a strong foundation in supporting commercial real estate operations.

She has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led forecasting and variance analysis, and enhanced reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. She is known for building strong cross-functional relationships, maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization, and streamlining processes that support strategic decision-making.

In addition to her financial background, Jessica is a licensed Arizona real estate professional, applying her analytical and operational expertise to the commercial real estate space. Jessica spent more than a decade with Polk County Government in Des Moines, Iowa, where she advanced through several finance-focused roles, most recently serving as a Budget Specialist.

In 2023, she relocated from Iowa to Arizona with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new restaurants as an avid foodie.
