About Jim

Jim specializes in the leasing, sales, and acquisition of commercial and industrial properties. In additional to traditional sale/lease transactions, clients also rely on Jim’s expertise and guidance on a range of complex consulting projects, including land development, financial analysis, portfolio management, and long-term strategic planning.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Jim served as Senior Managing Director at Colliers International.  In additional to several million square feet of industrial leasing and sale transactions in the metro Philadelphia market, Jim’s successfully managed corporate sale, lease, and consulting projects that spanned more than a dozen states nationally and across four continents globally.

Jim resides in Yardley, PA with his wife Shannon and two children.
