Jodi V. Meade, CRX, CSM, leads Avison Youngs national specialty Automotive Properties Group (APG) practice focusing on the real estate needs and services of the automotive industry.  Ms. Meade solves the acquisition, expansion, leasing, relocation, disposition and auto mall development needs of owners, tenants, investors, developers, manufacturers, and franchisees.

Ms. Meade is a Principal and Director of Avison Youngs newly formed Automotive Properties Group and will continue to expand the group on a national level.

Prior Experience

Ms. Meade founded and launched CBRE’s Automotive Properties Group in 2004 and in 2009 CBRE adopted Ms. Meade’s service platform nationwide, yielding an automotive centered brokerage network focused on superior market penetration and local, on-the-ground expertise for automotive-related real estate across the U.S.

Prior to 2004, Ms. Meade was one of CBRE’s leading retail investment specialists in Southern California, she assisted investors in strategic planning of portfolio assets and provided re-positioning and disposition strategies on properties for sale.
