Jody F. Elder is a Principal at Avison Young and specializes in representing office users in their office space needs. A 25-year industry veteran, his expertise includes tenant representation, leasing, purchases / sales, financial analysis, subleasing / lease buy-outs and aligning strategic planning with real estate solutions.

Prior to joining Avison Young in 2015, Jody was a Principal at Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone Commercial. His focused and strategic approach to representing his clients’ interests, combined with decades of extensive experience in the Greater Nashville office market, has resulted in a long-standing track record of creating value for a long and growing list of repeat clients of all shapes and sizes. Jody heads a team in the Nashville office.
