Joe Ringewald is an Associate with Avison Young's Tampa office, where he focuses on office and industrial leasing. In addition to tenant representation, Joe supports clients in agency representation, investment sales, site selection, portfolio strategy, and lease negotiations across the office and industrial sectors. He is committed to delivering exceptional client service, developing lasting relationships, and providing thoughtful, results-driven solutions that help businesses, property owners, and investors achieve their real estate objectives.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Joe gained valuable industry experience with CBRE, Franklin Street, and Turner & Townsend, where he built a strong foundation in commercial real estate, market analysis, and advisory services. A Tampa native, Joe brings local market knowledge and a client-first approach to every assignment, with a focus on creating value and delivering successful outcomes for the clients he serves.
