About Joe

Joe Stockman joined Avison Young in 2023 as the Market Intelligence Analyst for the Minneapolis – St. Paul Market. Previously, he spent 2 years as a Sr. Valuation Associate at a top commercial real estate firm, where he successfully obtained his MN State Trainee Appraiser License and performed numerous property appraisals, focused primarily in agricultural and specialty property types. Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in business administration from the University of Minnesota – Mankato.
