About John

John Bencivenga is a commercial real estate specialist focused on tenant and landlord representation within the office and industrial sectors. As an advisor to both tenants and landlords, he brings a unique perspective to every transaction often providing creative solutions that result in maximum profits for his clients.

Since the start of his commercial real estate career, John has successfully executed over 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial leases as well as a handful of sales. He joined Avison Young in 2022 as an Associate, serving his clients alongside veteran broker, Ken Lane.

Prior to Avison Young, John began his career at the Avocat Group where he specialized in office and industrial tenant representation. He also assisted the Avocat Group with the development of an off-market branch which services clients in finding property that is not listed on standard commercial real estate sites.
