About John

John is a Principal and serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Global Corporate Transactions at Avison Young.  He is located in Chicago.  John is an experienced transactional lawyer, with a career focused on M&A, banking/finance, and international development.  John has served in senior positions in government, prominent law firms, and public and private companies.

At Avison Young, John structures, negotiates, and documents Avison Young’s global corporate transactions, including corporate acquisitions and other strategic growth transactions, as well as advises on corporate debt and equity financing transactions.
