About John
John Gianis is a Vice President focusing on industrial transactions. Throughout his career, John has experience transacting across a multitude of assets on both a sale and lease basis. This includes some of the most iconic and prominent properties in Northern New Jersey, such as the famed Madison hotel and the Chevron Bayonne Ocean Marine terminal, which will be the largest film studio in North America. John graduated from North Carolina State University, where he was a scholarship member of the baseball team. In 2011, he was selected by the Los Angeles Angels in the MLB player draft.
