About John

John Malek serves as a Property Administrator, supporting a diverse portfolio of properties across South Florida. He brings more than three decades of experience from his earlier career in accounting, having held key roles with General Motors’ Warren Distribution Facility, Thyssen Steel in Detroit, and Rare Hospitality in Atlanta. After earning his degree from the Detroit College of Business, John focused on contract and lease accounting before transitioning into property operations.

Following his move from Detroit to Atlanta and ultimately to Florida in 2010, John continued expanding his operational expertise. He served as an Operations Manager with Reef Parking and later as a Regional Operations Manager for TruPark USA, overseeing operations in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Outside of work, John enjoys boating, bowling, trying new restaurants, playing “armchair head coach” during football season, and perfecting his homemade ice cream recipes.
