About John

John Sudjian joined Avison Young in the summer of 2023 as an associate broker with a focus on healthcare leasing,
site development, and investment sales. Prior to joining Avison Young, John gained foundational brokerage
experience as an investment sales advisor at SIG in King of Prussia, PA. While with SIG, John assisted a variety of
clients with the acquisition, disposition, and management of healthcare and net lease assets in their real estate
portfolios.

John graduated from the Villanova School of Business with a degree in Real Estate. While at Villanova, he also
obtained minors in Finance and International Business.
