Johnny Hoisington joined Avison Young's Texas Healthcare & Life Sciences Team in 2026, specializing in commercial real estate investment sales, landlord representation, and tenant representation across Austin's healthcare and life sciences sectors. He is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience through a relationship-driven, hands-on approach focused on integrity, responsiveness, and results.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Johnny spent two years with a leading global commercial real estate services firm, where he advised clients on healthcare and life sciences investment sales, as well as landlord and tenant leasing assignments. This experience provided him with a strong foundation in serving owners, investors, and occupiers across the healthcare real estate market.

As a member of Avison Young's Healthcare & Life Sciences Group, Johnny supports hospital systems, physician groups, specialty practices, post-acute and behavioral health operators, healthcare investors, and life sciences occupiers. He combines the firm's national platform with in-depth knowledge of the Austin market to help clients achieve their real estate objectives.
