About Jon

Jon Pezzoni is a Senior Vice President and leads a team covering Boston’s 495 West & South markets.  With 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Jon advises tenants, landlords, and developers in office, R&D, and industrial products both locally and nationally.  His client list of tenants includes growing technology companies, institutional firms, warehouse & distribution companies, and manufacturers. He has teamed up with several Principals at Avison Young to complete transactions across both the Commonwealth and the United States.

Jon’s agency practice advises owners, investors, and developers in the leasing and sale of office, R&D, and industrial space throughout Greater Boston. Collaborating with ownership, Jon creates and executes specific go-to-market strategies that accurately and creatively position assets to achieve maximum value.

Outside of the office, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and playing golf.
