Jonathan Wellborn serves as Principal in the Washington, DC office and has twenty years’ experience in the Washington, DC market. Jonathan joined Avison Young in September 2014 and, along with his partners, established the DC Agency Leasing Practice at the firm. A Native Washingtonian, Jonathan has worked with local and institutional clients and specializes in leasing, repositioning assets, marketing strategy, letter of intent/lease transactions, investor reporting and financial analysis. Immediately prior to joining Avison Young, Jonathan spent ten years at Cassidy Turley as a Managing Director focused on landlord and tenant representation in Washington, DC. Throughout his career, Jonathan has helped generate over a billion dollars in lease value for his clients.
