About Jordan

Jordan Bohannon joined the Orlando office of Avison Young in 2016 where he specializes in tenant representation and sales transactions. Jordan diligently represents companies seeking office space solutions throughout Orlando and other North American markets. He brings proven economic analysis and lease negotiation skills to every deal. In addition, he is adept at site selection and transaction management, and has an intuitive understanding of leasing and sales.

Within seven years, Jordan has developed an impressive resume being involved with a transaction volume in excess of $100 million in leasing and sales.

Jordan has dual degrees in finance and real estate, allowing him to bring a solid background in financial fundamentals and analytics to his clients. He is disciplined, driven, and has a solutions-oriented mentality.

Jordan is an avid supporter of his alma mater, Florida State University, and is a devoted member of the Orlando business community. In addition to being a licensed Florida real estate salesperson, he is also a member of the Downtown Orlando Partnership, the Central Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and Board of Directors for College Park Main Street. Jordan previously served on the Avison Young Emerging Leader Council, in which he had international oversight.
