About Jordan

Jordan Gigac is an Associate with Avison Young and a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. She brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate, combining a background in property management, marketing, and client service with a genuine passion for building relationships and helping others succeed.

Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Jordan spent several years gaining hands-on experience through internships and commercial property management, working alongside property owners, tenants, vendors, and management teams across North
Carolina. This experience provided her with a strong understanding of commercial real estate operations and the factors that contribute to successful properties and long-term client relationships.

Known for her positive attitude, determination, and people-first approach, Jordan thrives on creating connections and finding solutions. She has a strong interest in emerging technology and AI-driven solutions, particularly how innovation can improve effi ciency, strengthen marketing strategies, and create better outcomes for clients. She believes every client, property, and business has a unique story, and she is committed to understanding their goals and helping them navigate opportunities with confidence.

A proud graduate of Campbell University’s Lundy-Fetterman School of Business, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management. Outside of the office, Jordan is a passionate competitive equestrian who travels
throughout North Carolina competing in horse shows. When she is not in the saddle, Jordan enjoys attending concerts, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.
