About Jordan

Jordan Powell joined Avison Young in early 2020 as Vice President of Capital Markets. Partnered with Lisa Maki and Mike Jacobs on an already well-established team in the Nashville market, Jordan uses his background in the retail and shopping center world to round out the Capital Markets team's expertise in all asset classes. With a 11-year track record in the industry and over $500 million in retail and land sales, coupled with an elevated attention to detail, Jordan assists landlords with the valuation and sale of commercial real estate throughout the Tennessee, Kentucky, and Alabama markets. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jordan spent the previous six years working for several retail brokerage firms in Nashville, Dallas, and San Diego. Jordan attended San Diego State University where he received a degree in Finance from what is now known as the Fowler School of Business.
