About Josh

Josh Morrow is a Principal in Avison Young’s Houston office specializing in tenant representation for clients in the Greater Houston area. With over a decade of office and industrial experience, his first-class customer service has allowed him to develop and retain solid client relationships and provide them with cost-saving, innovative solutions. He is committed to driving down operating expenses and increasing the bottom line for his clients.

Prior to Avison Young, Josh was a Vice President with a top-notch tenant representation group of a national commercial real estate firm. He provided the firm’s clients with strategic planning, transaction management services and market data analysis. His professional experience also includes supervising a team with FAS, a firm whose core business is managing distressed assets for financial institutions.
