About Josh

Josh is a capital markets investment sales broker representing both buyers and sellers across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. He brings deep local market knowledge and a relationship-driven approach, having lived in the Raleigh area for more than 20 years and completed over $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.

Josh earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. His academic background, paired with hands-on transaction experience, allows him to provide thoughtful, data-driven guidance to investors, owners, and institutions.

Known for his collaborative and strategic approach, Josh works closely with clients to navigate complex investment decisions and execute successful acquisitions and dispositions.

Outside of work, Josh is married with three children and is deeply connected to the Raleigh community. In his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, and keeping up with his kids' busy schedules.
