About Justin

Justin Cope specializes in Landlord representation of Class A office properties in Broward County, generating new leases and renewals, building and maintaining broker relationships, and cultivating relationships with community leaders.

Justin Cope began his commercial real estate career in South Florida in 2006.  Prior to joining Avison Young, Justin was a Senior Leasing Representative with Duke Realty Corporation responsible for generating new leases and renewals for over 3 million square feet of Office, Industrial and Retail properties in South Florida.  Before joining Duke Realty Justin was a commercial broker at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in industrial leasing and sales in South Florida.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Justin graduated with a B.S. in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
