Kastriot "Kas" Xhakli is Marketing Director, Capital Markets at Avison Young's New York office. He leads marketing and business development strategy for the firm's capital markets platform, producing offering memoranda, investor materials, and brokerage collateral that help close deals faster.

Kas has spent over nine years in commercial real estate marketing, working across brand strategy, creative production, and campaign management. He most recently served as Head of Marketing at Lee & Associates NYC, where he ran the firm's entire content pipeline, from leasing flyers and digital assets to corporate presentations and pitch materials, and oversaw website content, SEO, and PR for 80+ active listings. Before that, he led marketing at B6 Real Estate Advisors alongside Paul Massey Jr., where he built the company's marketing function from scratch and led a full rebrand, developing new visual identity, messaging, and templates that the company still uses today. His work there included investor-facing materials that supported $200 million in deal volume.

Earlier in his career, Kas was promoted from Senior Graphic Designer to Marketing Director at Newmark Knight Frank in just 18 months, where he managed a vendor network of printers, photographers, and 3D rendering firms and produced branded video content and custom property identities for high-profile listings. He got his start at Eastdil Secured, creating investor-grade marketing materials for deals typically valued over $50 million and contributing to more than $100 billion in sales and financing over his career.
