About Katelyn

Katelyn joined Avison Young's Central Region Marketing team in August 2025 as the newest Digital Marketing Coordinator bringing five years of experience in the commercial and industrial real estate sector. In her role, Katelyn is responsible for creating property flyers, presentations, tour books, and other creative materials for various brokerage teams. Based in the firm's Chicago headquarters, she also helps manage listings on both internal and external databases.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Katelyn worked as the Marketing Coordinator for CenterPoint Properties, an industrial real estate firm based in the Chicago suburbs. She led the internal communication strategy, oversaw corporate messaging across digital channels, and applied data analytics to inform marketing decisions.

Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from DePaul University and is an active member of the American Marketing Association and the Public Relations Society of America.
