About Katy

Katy Lawson is a General Manager for the Real Estate Management Services team at Avison Young.

Katy is responsible for executing all aspects of the management services delivery for a portfolio, she will supervise the facilities, property staff, and vendors and will support the operations and financial functions of the managed buildings.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Katy worked as a Facilities Manager at a law firm, managing offices and projects in New York City, Hartford, Washington DC and San Francisco. She also has 10 years of experience in Property Management working with several top tier Real Estate companies managing over 2.6 million sq ft of Class A properties and portfolios in San Francisco and Oakland.
