Keith J. Kropfl has been active in the sale and leasing of commercial retail, industrial and office properties for over 20 years. His experience includes tenant and buyer representation, development, leasing, sales, property management and commercial financing. He has an extensive track record working with corporate clients and consistently services his clients with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Mr. Kropfl worked for Voit Real Estate Services and Travers Realty Corporation, specializing in landlord and tenant representation, Grubb & Ellis, specializing in landlord and tenant representation, and Alden Equities Group, specializing in the sale, leasing, management, receivership and development of all types of commercial properties.
