About Kelly

Kelly Carlon is a VP for Avison Young Phoenix office, providing comprehensive real estate services tailored to healthcare and non-profit organizations. Kelly represents landlords, tenants, investors and owner/users as it relates to buying, selling, and/or leasing commercial real estate. With an extensive background in commercial lending, Kelly is fluent in underwriting expectations and real estate collateral guidelines. Kelly advises her clients on how to maximize their real estate assets through experienced market intelligence and thoughtful research. As a hardworking, detail-oriented, marketing professional, she prides herself on developing long lasting relationships with her clients, professional network, and her Arizona community.
 
Kelly previously worked for R.O.I Properties as a commercial associate after having worked in commercial lending for over 10 years as a business development officer for Wells Fargo's Specialty Banking Group and JPMorgan Chase. Kelly was honored as a top-producing business development officer from 2014-2018. Kelly served as an allied member on the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. Kelly holds a B.A. in Business Economics from California State University- Long Beach.
