About Kelly

Kelly McAdams is a Senior Project Manager for Avison Young.  With over twenty five years of experience in corporate office, retail, industrial and medical spaces, Kelly has extensive experience in developing and managing client relationships and projects.  She has represented several developers throughout New Jersey and New York in managing their properties through tenant planning, construction documentation, interior design and project management.

Previously, Kelly was a Design Director and a Senior Project Manager for Brenner Business Interiors in Newark, NJ, where she was responsible for managing developer and tenant relationships as well as the design team, who provided corporate interiors space planning, design and construction documentation on millions of square feet annually.

Kelly began her career as a Senior Project Manager with Space Planning Associates/Robinson-Mills Architects in San Francisco and Sacramento where she was responsible for business development, tenant planning, interior design and project management. Kelly is a native Northern Californian and graduate of the University of California at Davis.
