About Ken

Ken Arimitsu leads Avison Young’s national golf and land practice. Services he provides include market-based valuation, acquisition and disposition brokerage strategies, adaptive property conversion and re-use analysis.

Ken has 29 years of experience in investment brokerage services with a focus on golf courses, institutional non-core assets, and land development. To date, he has brokered over 150 golf courses and is recognized nationally as a leading expert in golf course and land brokerage. He is a published author and a frequent speaker at national golf conferences.
